One system, seven screens

Everyone at the race has their own screen. You see them all.

A volunteer sees only their position. The engraver only medals. The police only the plan. The organizer holds the whole race on one phone.

Organizer

Entries, payments, packets and volunteers live. Every change asks for confirmation and is logged with a name.

Pickup volunteer

Scans the runner’s QR code and sees race, T-shirt and size. Unpaid entries never get a packet.

Course volunteer

A personal link with position, shift and a mini map. On race day, one tap on I have arrived.

Group lead

Sees the whole group: who is where, who has arrived, and a call button next to every name.

Medal engraver

Behind the finish, sees name and time the moment a runner crosses. Scans the bib and engraves.

Police and sectors

The course plan, road closures and barriers through a secret link, with no account or password.

Runner

Signed up in two minutes, a bib with QR code by email and a result the moment they finish.

Everyone on the same data. Nobody copies spreadsheets.See the race flow

Operations: race map

A course plan everyone sees. And nobody prints.

Every course, aid station, barrier, police post and volunteer on one map. The organizer draws it on a phone or laptop, and everyone else sees changes as they happen.

  • All courses from GPX, with a switch per event, for example day races and a night run.
  • Points with people and times: volunteers, police, aid stations, first aid, info desk and storage. Each has a lead and a note.
  • Barriers and road closures as lines. The system counts barrier panels from the length.
  • Aid stations with norms: cups, water, fruit, tables and volunteers from the number of runner passes.
  • A secret link for police and sector leads. No account, and replaced with a new one in one click.

“We rated the whole flow and concept as phenomenal.”
[Name and role], organizer of the Tuzla Marathon

Plans

Three distances. Or a route of your own.

Each plan carries everything from the one before. We price by the number of runners and what you pick, so a small race never pays like a marathon.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Do volunteers need an app?

No. Everything runs in the phone browser. Volunteers open their personal link from the email, and the pickup crew signs in with their own accounts.

Do you track volunteers’ location?

No. Location is sent only at the moment a volunteer taps I have arrived or Leaving. Nothing is tracked in between.

Can the police see the course plan without an account?

Yes, through a secret link that shows only the plan. If the link ends up in the wrong hands, replace it with a new one in one click.

What if the internet drops at packet pickup?

Before pickup you download a backup Excel list with every runner, bib and T-shirt. When the connection returns, you carry on in the app.

Where is runner and volunteer data stored?

On your own server. The licence is a right to use the software, and your data is never handed to anyone else. Children never enter marketing lists.

How is the licence paid?

Once a year, counted from the day of activation, by card or bank transfer, in EUR or BAM. The amount is in your quote, and a renewal reminder arrives 30 days before expiry.

Do we need special hosting?

No. Pacemark runs on standard cPanel hosting, on WordPress and WooCommerce.

Does it work with our timing company?

Start list export and results import work with OnTime Timing (Wiclax, .clax files). For other timing companies, we shape the export to the columns they need.

How long does setup take?

Two to three weeks from agreement to opening registration, including registration and email design and training for your team. Get in touch at least a month before you plan to open registration.
